Our staff is comprised of licensed security officers and off-duty police officers. Security officers can be certified in First Aid and CPR and can be licensed to carry batons, firearms and mace. We can assemble a staff that is credentialed in any of the above areas to serve your property.

The fact is that all security companies recruit from the same regional labor pool: licensed security officers. So, how do we motivate our security officers to perform better than the security officers working for our competitors?

We begin by being selective and by performing extensive background investigations on applicants. Our scheduling managers interview twelve applicants for every one security officer hired. In fact, our scheduling managers interview applicants whether or not we have openings. This permits us to act quickly if there is a need to replace a security officer.

After hiring the security officer, our operations management team performs comprehensive in-office training and testing, on-site training and testing, monthly testing on security procedures, unannounced field inspections, on-site supervision and monthly reviews of each security officer.

In addition, we simply treat our security officers well. We pay well, provide vacation pay and offer health, dental and vision benefits. We listen to the security officers,support their efforts and provide them with an opportunity to meet directly with management to discuss any employment issues.

Finally, we promote from within our organization. Our success and consequent growth have provided employees with the opportunity to advance within our company. Several members of our operations management team have been in our employ since 1995 and have worked their way up to the management level from the security officer position.
