Security Officer Substitution

It is a fact of life that employees become ill, encounter emergencies or otherwise need to miss work. Thus, well trained, competent substitute security officers are critical to your property's security function and are a unique aspect of our operation.

In order to provide your property with competent security officer substitution, we "cross-train" supervisory security officers assigned to other properties in the security duties at your property. In addition, our training manager and our entire team of field inspection and enforcement officers will be trained on the duties unique to your property.

The above, in addition to the security officers normally assigned to your property, allow for a significant number of security officers to serve as competent substitutes should the need arise.

In contrast, it is industry standard to employ "rovers" whose job is to substitute for security officers who are not able to work. The unfortunate fact is that these rovers are not trained in the duties unique to your property.

Our procedures assure competent security officer substitution by security officers or management whose positions are equal to or superior to the security officer who is unable to work. Of course, there is no increase in the billing rate for substitution services provided by these personnel.
